what in a box?
emmy nominations came out today and what's nominated? justin timberlake? no. dick in a box?? whaaat? seriously? i couldn't believe this saturday night live skit was nominated for an emmy. i guess i never even knew they had 'outstanding original music and lyrics.' unfortunately justin's episode was probably the best episode all season. there were tons of good sketches throughout the season, but they were also mixed in with a few downers (i miss debbie downer!) i love SNL and have religiously watched it for at least 12 years, but it's not like it used to be. maybe this nomination will give them the boost they need to make a comeback!

also nominated are some of my favorites, which will probably lose: heroes (outstanding drama), 30 rock (outstanding comedy), james spader (leading actor in a drama), tony shaloub & alec baldwin (leading actor in comedy), mariska hargatay & minnie driver (leading actress in a drama), & real time with bill maher. i sadly could go on for awhile-- i watch a lot of tv!

there's no definite answer for when ugly betty starts again. but i'm guessing late september. i really like 30 rock but i love tracy morgan & alec baldwin! booo australia for not showing it!! haha
